Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CircaAI (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service is intended for use by private clinics and their authorized personnel. Patients may interact with the Service through clinic-approved channels as part of post-operative follow-up.

• The Service does not provide medical diagnosis or prescriptions.
• The Service is an informational and workflow-support tool to help clinics manage post-operative communication.
• Clinics remain responsible for clinical decisions and patient care.
• In emergencies, patients should contact local emergency services immediately.

• Ensure the Service is configured with appropriate protocols, escalation rules, and approved content.
• Ensure staff respond to escalations in a timely manner.
• Ensure you have a valid legal basis to provide patient information to the Service.
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and restrict access to authorized personnel only.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass security controls.
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. Clinics are responsible for patient notices and consents where required.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding clinic-provided content), is owned by CircaAI and protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and may perform maintenance that affects availability.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, CircaAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
